  • 20 g capers
  • 20 g cornichons
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 a lemon (juice)
  • Handful of basil
  • Handful of parsley
  • Pinch of ground black pepper


  • It's easy! Simply finely chop the cornichons, capers, garlic and herbs and mix with the oil, lemon juice and black pepper. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge.
