Ingredients
- 20 g capers
- 20 g cornichons
- 50 g olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 a lemon (juice)
- Handful of basil
- Handful of parsley
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
- It's easy! Simply finely chop the cornichons, capers, garlic and herbs and mix with the oil, lemon juice and black pepper. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge.
