Paprika-Lime Beetroot Hummus

OK the name is a bit of a mouthful but we promise the taste is worth it! Play around with the combinations of paprika, lime, beetroot and garlic every time you make this until you find your perfect recipe, everyone’s different!

  • 1 can chickpeas 400g
  • 2-3 beetroots steamed/ready to eat
  • 1-4 garlic gloves peeled
  • 2 limes juice only
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1-3 tsp smoked paprika


  • Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor. Yes that’s it!
