Lemon Garlic Prawn Tagliatelle
- 170 g raw prawns
- 150 g dried tagliatelle
- 100 g creme fraiche
- 25 g unsalted butter
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- 3 cloves garlic
- Handful of parsley
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Add the pasta and a pinch of salt to boiling water and simmer for 9 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
- In another pan, heat your butter until melted and frothing. Add the garlic and fry for around a minute until it starts to brown slightly. Next, add the prawns and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the parsley, lemon juice and Creme fraiche to the pan with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
- By now your pasta should be cooked. Add to the other ingredients and stir into the sauce. Serve immediately with extra parsley to garnish.
