  • 250 g lamb mince (20% fat content)
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 80 g cucumber
  • 2 red onions
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • Finely dice the cucumber and red onion and put it in a large bowl. Chop the mint and add. Then, add the cream cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix before setting aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the lamb mince with a pinch of salt and pepper as well as some garlic powder (optional) and/or chilli powder (optional). Split the mince into 2 equally sized balls and flatten into burger patties.
  • Heat a large pan on high. Once hot, place the burger buns (sliced in half and inside-down) into the pan and toast for a minute at most.
  • Add some oil or 1kcal spray to the pan before adding the patties. The time to cook these will depends on thickness but allow for around 3-5 minutes on each side. While your burgers are cooking, spread the cream cheese mixture on both sides of the bun.
  • Before serving, place your cooked patties on some kitchen paper to drain some of the oil.
