There’s something very satisfying about making your own garlic ciabatta instead of buying it. There’s nothing quite like filling the house with the scent of garlic roasting in the oven! Garlic Ciabatta Bread

The perfect side dish – make this garlic ciabatta bread at home in only 18 minutes using only butter, garlic, bread, parsley and a pinch of salt…easy!

Ingredients
  

  • 140 g ciabatta bread
  • 5 large garlic cloves
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • Handful of parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by finely grating the garlic into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add the butter to the garlic and melt in the microwave. This should take around 1 minute at 1000W.
  • Finely chop the parsley, add to the butter and garlic and mix.
  • Slice the bread into thick slices. Brush the melted butter onto the bread evenly and bake in a preheated fan oven (210°C) for 8 minutes.
