Ingredients
For the wings
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp onion salt
- 5 tsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
For the dip
- 200 g 1/2 fat creme fraiche
- 200 g light mayonnaise
- 1/2 a lemon (juice only)
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion salt
Instructions
- Coat the raw wings in the olive oil
- Mix the dry ingredients together and rub it evenly onto the wings
- Place the wings on a wire rack on top of a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C (fan) for 1 hour.
- In the meantime, mix all of the ingredients for the dip together and place in the fridge.
- Serve with carrot and celery to dip
