This twist on a classic banoffee pie adds a nostalgic flavour to the mix with biscoff as the ‘crunch’ layer. Layer bananas onto that, cover them in a sweet toffee sauce made from condensed milk and add vanilla whipped cream to the top. Finally, a dusting of cinnamon to finish it off adds a bit of spice, perfect with the bananas.
This healthy take of cream of mushroom soup only uses 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche and is still just as delicious! With hints of garlic, shallot and parley there are plenty of classic flavours but add in a little apple cider vinegar for a slight twist and you won’t regret it.

This sticky sauce is sweet with maple syrup, smokey with paprika and has a kick from cayenne. It’s the easiest recipe, just heat in a pan and play around with the ingredient quantities until you’ve found your perfect recipe.
