BBQ Cauliflower Wings

  • 1 cauliflower (medium)
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil


  • Prepare the cauliflower by removing the outer leaves, trimming the stem and chopping into bite-sized florets.
  • In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together before adding the oil. Add the cauliflower and mix evenly, coating each piece of cauliflower in the mixture.
  • Place on a wire rack on top of a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C (fan) for 35 minutes, turning once half way. Serve with either BBQ sauce, ranch dressing or both.
