BBQ Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower (medium)
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing the outer leaves, trimming the stem and chopping into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together before adding the oil. Add the cauliflower and mix evenly, coating each piece of cauliflower in the mixture.
- Place on a wire rack on top of a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C (fan) for 35 minutes, turning once half way. Serve with either BBQ sauce, ranch dressing or both.
