2 Ingredient Pancakes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- Mash the bananas and mix them in a bowl with the eggs.
- Put a touch of oil, butter or 1kcal spray into a pan on a medium heat and fry the pancakes individually for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
