2 Ingredient Pancakes

Possibly the easiest gluten-free pancakes you’ll ever make – simply mash a ripe banana with 2 eggs, fry and add toppings! It may sound odd but it tastes delicious.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs


  • Mash the bananas and mix them in a bowl with the eggs.
  • Put a touch of oil, butter or 1kcal spray into a pan on a medium heat and fry the pancakes individually for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
